Administrative Office Technology Gaming Concentration


(Jefferson Davis Campus)

The gaming courses will focus on the unique characteristics of this field, which spans both the gaming and hospitality industries. It will allow students to learn entry-level skills relating to gaming operations and provide them with the knowledge and attitudes needed to be an effective professional in the gaming industry.

The gaming courses link to other programs such as Administrative Office Technology, Accounting Technology, Business Management Technology, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business and Marketing Management, Paralegal Technology, and Computer Networking Technology will lead to an Associate of Applied Science degree with a gaming concentration. This degree is designed to help students seek employment in entry level or supervisory gaming positions. For those currently employed, these programs will provide professional growth and career mobility within the gaming industry.
