FPV 1113 - Fundamentals of Operational Procedures of Food Service (Math Principles Related to Food Service) Credit(s): 3
This is an applied math course devoted to operational procedures for food service personnel. Emphasis is on using math skills for converting recipes, costing, portion control, markup, interest on loans, taxes food service reports, and financial statements. Ninety hours instruction. Three semester hours.
