AFR 2111 - Team Leadership and Fundamentals I Credit(s): 1
This course is designed to provide a fundamental understanding of leadership and team building. Students are taught from the beginning that leadership has many layers, including aspects that do not always come to mind. Such things include listening, understanding themselves, being a good follower, and problem solving efficiently. The students will apply these leadership perspectives when completing team building activities. Students should demonstrate basic verbal and written communication skills. Students will apply these lessons at Field Training, which follows a student’s second year in the program. (1,1,0)
