The Personal/Family Services Navigator curriculum is a stackable credentialed 2-yr program of study that prepares the graduate to work in jobs with titles such as family specialist, community navigator, patient navigator, and community educator. As a certificate, diploma, and/or academic degree program, the Personal/Family Services Navigator concentration is designed to be compatible with a wide range of community health systems, state regulations, and personal and family services delivery models that recognize the value that services provide to enhance the wellness of individuals, families, and communities.

A grade of C or higher is required in all Core Courses to remain in the program
