IDT 2263 - Sign-to-Voice Interpreting II

Continuation of classroom work giving verbatim translations and reversing materials. There is an emphasis on the use of tapes; and simulated situations. Vocabulary development, word endings, and use of temporary signs are discussed. The student skill in reading and translating the manual alphabet, and become skilled in interpreting from various forms of manual communication into appropriate English diction. Prerequisites: IDT 2163 . (3,3,0)
