Continuation of IT Servicing Lab I with an increased emphasis on system analysis and diagnosis of PC component and software failures. Additional emphasis will be placed on the diagnosis of hardware and software issues pertaining to mobile devices such as smart phones, tablets, and portable computers, as well as printer and network technology concerns.
